TJ型電動滾筒的功率多大?

TJ型電動滾筒的功率、速度、直徑、筒寬均契合ISO規(guī)范和IEC規(guī)范,通常配KL型支座可適用于國內(nèi)外各種皮帶運輸機、料斗提升機等保送設(shè)備。為了便當(dāng)用戶,我們設(shè)計了TZ型支座,其裝置尺寸與TD75型皮帶運輸機完整相同。
電動滾筒作為獨立的閉式驅(qū)動組件,還能夠作為動力式輥子保送機、卷揚機等設(shè)備的動力源。電動滾筒與普通開式減速機相比,具有構(gòu)造緊湊、重量輕、占領(lǐng)空間小、密封性好、外形美觀、裝置便當(dāng)、維修簡單等優(yōu)點。普遍遭到廣闊用戶的歡送。
采用TJ型電動滾筒,按下列公式計算,所需求電動滾筒的電機功率。
功率的計算,在各種機械手冊中都有引薦公式,但方式不盡相同,計算結(jié)果也可能稍有出入。為了使電動滾筒的設(shè)計計算與用戶的運用請求統(tǒng)一同來,我們引薦采用下列公式計算電動滾筒所需求的功率:

C—保送帶、軸承等處的阻力系數(shù),數(shù)值能夠從表1中查到。
f—托輥的阻力系數(shù)f=0.025~0.030
L—保送機的電動滾筒與改向滾筒之間中心距的程度投影(m)
Gm—保送帶、托輥、改向滾筒等旋轉(zhuǎn)零件的重量,數(shù)值可從表2中查到。(kg/m)
V—帶速(m/s)
Qt—保送量(t/h)
H—保送高度(m)
