電動滾筒包膠（橡膠包覆）處置的兩種計劃： 滾筒外表熱硫化注膠和滾筒外表冷粘式包膠
1.滾筒外表熱硫化包膠的特性：
A、必需把滾筒拆卸掉拉回熱硫化廠家施工，拆卸滾筒時勞動強度大、時間長、費用高。
B、熱硫化包膠膠料填料多，含膠量極低、耐磨性差，膠面極硬、因惹起物料粘附，所硫化膠片與滾筒外表會呈現整體零落及成塊掉落現象，運用壽命極短。
2.滾筒外表冷粘式包膠的特性：
A、無須拆卸滾筒，能夠現場施工，操作便當快捷，即粘即用；
B、橡膠板密實度高、耐磨性極強，膠板彈性佳、防粘附性能好，與滾筒外表粘貼結實、永不零落，運用壽命為熱硫化包膠的數倍。

B, rubber plate with high intensity, wear resistance strong, rubber elastic good, anti adhesion performance, and the drum adhered to the surface of solid, never fall off, service life of hot vulcanization rubber covered several times.
